14. KENTUCKY
Every Firday until the season kicks off I will be unviling my SEC power rankings and previewing that team. Frist up is the Wildcats of Kentucky. Joker Phillips was supposed to take what Rich Brooks had built and at least stay on par, but Phillips has lost all the momentuim that Brooks gained. I think in order for him to keep his seat from really heating up after the season he will have to take the Cat's to a bowl game. So the question is can they win at least six games in the new SEC? I say no.

If Kentucy can get impoved play from there QB Max Smith and better offencseive production then they will have a shot at beating Louisville, Miss St, Vandy and Tennessee which I see as there swing games, but it will take winning at least three swing games to get to a bowl game.
